I was in a conference with Craig (one the two authors of the blog) in September. He helped me learn a leadership lesson I wished I had learned twelve years ago. He posted some thoughts in that direction yesterday. The leadership axiom is simple, but powerful: People will not go where they are not led. I think my staff is already sick of me repeating those words.
